This includes the Family of God Medal, Patch, and Prayer Card.

THE FAITH BUILDING PROGRAM GENERAL APPLICATION MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE PURCHASING THE FAMILY OF GOD COMBO PACKET.

This application will take the place of the application in the back of the Family of God Book. However, we still require the youth to meet with the parish priest or a parish designate (deacon, religious, or lay person) and talk about about they have learned.
