What: Inaugurated in 1976, this action-oriented activity focuses on developing the awareness within the individual of his/her potential as a growing person, friend, family member, citizen, and a participant in the community of faith.

Who: For youth in fourth through sixth grade.

Where: To assist adults working with groups of participants, an adult guide is included in the program booklet. Medals are presented each year at your local parish.

How long: There is a flexible three to six month time commitment for this program. Four months is ideal, but two additional months may be necessary.

Purpose: To help the youth appreciate more deeply the place that God and religion occupy in their daily life.

1. Stretching: growing in the Christian life.
2. Seeking: seeking the meanings of Believing, Hoping and Caring.
3. Finding: finding peace by committing themselves to Jesus, with the help of the Holy Spirit.
