This application will take the place of the application in the back of the Mary, the First Disciple project book. However, we still require the youth to meet with the parish priest or a parish designate (deacon, religious, or lay person) and talk about about they have learned.

This includes only the Marian Award Medal.

Who: For youth in grades seven to twelve who are interested in completed the Mary, the First Disciple Program.
