The AD ALTARE DEI / POPE PIUS XII FAITH BUILDING PROGRAM application must be completed and submitted before purchasing the AD ALTARE DEI PACKET.   You may bring the application into the office, fax, scan and email or mail the application.

This packet includes the Ad Altare Dei medal, pin, knot and certification card. The Ad Altare Dei program helps you to see Jesus Christ as part of your daily life as well as develop a fully Christian way of life in a faith community. The program is based on the seven sacraments.
