This application does take the place of the application in the Ad Altare Dei project book. However, we still require that the boy meets with their parish priest or parish designate (deacon, religious, or lay person) to discuss what he has learned.

This packet includes the Ad Altare Dei medal, pin, knot and certification card. The Ad Altare Dei program helps you to see Jesus Christ as part of your daily life as well as develop a fully Christian way of life in a faith community. The program is based on the seven sacraments.
